Recipe - Garlic Mashed Potatoes (141 calories)
2 large potatoes, peeled & quartered
2 c. soy milk
2 large garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 tsp white pepper
Cook potatoes in boiling water 20 min or until tender.Remove from heat,  drain and cover.Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over low heat, cook garlic  & milk until soft, ~30min.Add garlic/milk mixture & pepper to  potatoes, mash until smooth, then delight!
